Answering an email about shopping for dresses for Transvestites

I got an email awhile ago asking how to shop for shoes and dresses. I tried answering the best I can and thought I can share it with everyone. I shop mostly online for my clothing. When I do go out I stay dressed as a man. Shopping for makeup or looking through a store for dresses can be hard and scary for some. I still don't feel comfortable doing it. When I do need to go out shopping I remember that the majority of people don't care. Hope someone will find this educational. I am using it as a reminder to myself for the future.
